Bowser clearly was inspired by Gamera, just like how donkey kong was inspired by King Kong, and i’m pretty sure Yoshi was inspired by Godzilla.

I have to say that Peach looks very close to the videogame counterpart.
For those who cannot understandd, there are a few basics:
Luigi at the beginning: “Mario, do you want some tea? Tea? good night mario”
Peach: “waaah, help me!!!”
After all creepers get out of the TV, mario asks:

I thought before that Mario is only a game.
But then I saw this video and now I know that
Mario is an anime, too.
But… It’s so bad that these movie is probably only in Japanese x.x I want English or better – German Subs <3 Than we can all understand, that they said in this video *-*
The only thing left is a Zelda anime! There was this, then there was Sonic, and Marth, and even Captain Falon, and we all know we’re all dying to see Link in an anime (not the awful American cartoon)

to to sum it all up mario started playing a video game but for some reason it started realesing all of its charecters out into his wolrd and princess peach and bowser were in there so naw mario hasto constantly get princess peach from bowser becouse bowser somehow manages to kidnap her evry time
